I also find that I rely heavily on the peacfulness of the spring outdoirs to sustain me. The thought frequently comes that if Europe goes to war, then it might not be enough. The contrast with a springtime environment wasted by weapons of war is stark. But we /must/ take advantage while we have it — hopefully indefinitely — it is our duty not to waste the opportunity provided by nature, our duty to appreciate it, make use of this resource for our mental health.
